Tamara Schenk is a globally acknowledged sales enablement leader, author, analyst, advisor, award-winning blogger and keynote speaker. Her experience spans 25 years in various international sales, consulting and corporate leadership roles.
She spent six years as a sales enablement practitioner and leader, pioneering a global, strategic enablement and transformation function at T-System from 2008-2014. Then, she changed perspectives and evolved the enablement space as a global research director at CSO Insights. During this time, she led various global sales enablement studies and co-authored the book “Sales Enablement – A Master Framework to Engage, Equip, and Empower a World-Class Sales Force” and worked with numerous international organizations.
Now, Tamara takes her enablement expertise one step further and she focuses all her activities around her mission of “empowering human potential” in a holistic way. She serves as strategic advisor for Showpad, and she is co-founding a specialised consultancy Bartlett Schenk & Co. Tamara’s frameworks and models are always grounded in research, expertise, a ton of experience and the specific individual or organizational context.
