She is the author of two books, Emotional Intelligence For Sales Success, now published in six languages, and Emotional Intelligence For Sales Leadership.

Colleen is also a guest lecturer on sales at Denver University where she hopes to introduce the power of Sales IQ and Sales EQ to young business professionals.
