Damon Jones

Damon Jones

Damon is a forward-thinking senior-level executive, offering over 30 years’ experience in sales and operations leadership, with a strong track record in growing revenues, exceeding quotas and building high performing teams. Experienced in change management while staying focused on the customer, he’s worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies globally and domestically across many industries. Damon lead his former organization’s sales transformation, leading to doubling of revenues and closely assisted his former CEO with its strategy and growth initiatives.

Jones’ areas of expertise include sales and service performance improvement strategy; diagnostic and consultative approach to sales effectiveness; multi-channel experience; global account management; sales and operational leadership; navigating and orchestrating cross-functional team effectiveness; strategic business planning; and integrating and leveraging acquisitions to increase value to customers and shareholders.

Between 2016 and 2019, Jones served as Managing Director NA Sales for the Miller Heiman Group, where he was responsible for over $40M revenue – the largest single MH business unit. During that time, he exceeded revenue, increased productivity and grew revenues through cross-selling adjacent solutions.

Prior to, Jones served as Miller-Heiman’s Managing Director of Global and Strategic Accounts, President of International, COO and VP EMEA.

While with Guardian Royal Exchange Group (1981 – 1999), Jones served in a variety of roles, moving through sales and sales enablement to sales leadership, doubling revenues over a two-year period.
